I cannot believe how kind and understanding they were regarding the repair work to my vehicle. The technician kept me updated regarding the entire process and worked very hard to have it finished on time. It looks great. They even washed and vacuumed it for me. Kudos to all involved.

I would be more like to give them a 9 if my car had not be broken into while at caliber collision and I lost the ceter council insert from my car. When I trust a shop with my car I expect it to be safe.
