Caliber Collsion on Manning Avenue in Reedley, Ca did an excellent job on repairing my 2019 Honda CRV. Jeff and his office staff were very friendly and easy going. Jeff gave me the steps of the process of repairing my vehicle and gave me a window of timeframe. on when to expect the final repairs completed. It was exceptionally easy because he worked with my auto insurance and got me started on the process. Jeff texted and called me on additional repairs and estimates. He kept me informed every step of the way. He answered all my questions and concerns. I didn't feel like he was in a rush to get off the phone. He was great. The final outcome of my vehicle was beautiful! I couldn't even see where the work started nor ended on the paint nor on the body. The staff helped me by taking over on having the car rental come pick up the rental. All I had to do was hand them the car rental keys and they called them for me! That was extra helpful for me. I would truly recommend Caliber Collision in Reedley to anyone who may need a professional to repair their vehicle!

Caliber Collision made the repair process very easy. They handled everything with my insurance company, so I didn’t have to make any phone calls. They inspected my van, ordered the parts, and contacted me when everything was ready. I explained to Jose, the General Manager, that I rely on my van for work, and he made it a priority to get it repaired and back to me as quickly as possible. The repairs were completed within the timeframe they promised, and everyone on the team was professional and helpful. Great experience overall.
