Decided to go to this shop because of previous ownership. When I got the quote everything was okay only to find out they missed quoted me and had to be charged 380 more for a calibration they forgot to mention. Once the day came to drop off my car I had asked the shop if my parts have arrived because if they weren’t there yet I’d keep driving the car since it’s my only way of transportation for school and work, they told me they were there and ready to begin the repair process. A week goes by and on my pick up day Joel tells me my parts had arrived damaged, and he would need more time to complete my repair. I wish the shop had checked my parts earlier and not the day I was supposed to pick it up since they knew they also had to prep and paint the part which would clearly not have been able to be done in one day, Joel tells me he needs more time again he estimated maybe 2 days which turn into another week. If you value your time try looking into another shop, they strive for perfection towards the car but not customer service.
