Aside from parts not being available which delayed my repair, my experience was more pleasurable than expected. Given the situation currently, I was very impressed by the professionalism and courtesy. Jacob is on point. He takes care of his job doing what he says he is going to do which is rare anymore. Everyone I came into contact with was great.

The repair shop was wonderful. I wish I would have gone there for my first accident. Jacob always kept his word doing exactly what he said he would do. He always kept me informed. Everybody I came into contact with was very friendly and helpful.
