Amazing customer service from the first phone call ! I was able to make a convenient appointment to drop my vehicle off. Jacob explain the repair process and kept me updated on the repair progress by text message. The office called a local car rental company to pick me up and I was able to leave the rental car there for the company to Pick up later. I am very impressed with the quality of the repair ,the customer service ,and the convenience.

My husband and I are very satisfied with the professional way we have been treated by the receptionist when we arrived along with Jacob our service advisor and Louis Lannotti, the store manager. The regular text updates on the progress, their availability to answer questions and the attention to detail make Caliber Collision an industry leader in our book. Finally, we were very impressed with Louis taking the time to do a pre-inspection and test drive our car BEFORE we arrived. He thoroughly answered my husbands numerous questions with pictures of the damage, explaining the repair and going over the car and thoroughly showing the high quality repairs.. The outstanding work of the craftsman who repaired our car was very obvious. Finally, Louis went beyond what was expected when he noticed one tire was low, took it to the service area, found a small roofing nail, pulled and patched the tire at no additional cost to us. This small jesture demonstraed his commitment to his customers. CALIBER COLLISION has won us as customers for life! Our appreciation to Louis our manager, Jacob our service advisor and the entire team who labored to make us very satisfied customers!
