Everyone at both Caliber locations have been very nice and eager to help. I have been very happy with my experience. John from the Tampa location was very nice and helpful. I can not remember the other guys name who quickly helped me with a small exhaust repair before you could get me in for an estimate So that I wouldn’t have a problem on my drive to Orlando. ( I believe it started with an H ) With my last visit to the Riverview shop, Josh was very friendly and helpful as well. Even though the repairs took much longer then expected, it was out of his hands and Josh stayed in touch with me the whole time. He was very apologetic as well. I hope I don’t need any further repairs but if I do, I will return to Caliber. I have already recommended you guys. Thank You! 😁

Jacob was handling my repair.... he stayed on top of the repairs and stayed in touch with me. He was very professional and friendly. Jacob went over and Beyond by helping out with a couple of scratches himself. Thank you😊 Unfortunately this was my second incidence of having to bring my car to Caliber (Tampa shop and then Riverview) Both times I’ve been very pleased with all the personnel and the repairs. Very friendly and quick to take care of you.

I had to go back because they forgot to reset the light electronic system. Jacob tried to conceal the issue and not addressing it upon delivery.

CD player didn't work when i got the vehicle back.I was told that's a common problem with that radio. Nothing about how long the battery was disconnected might effect it just my problem.

They fixed my car in one day. Jacob was extremely polite, professional and helpful. He kept me informed and my car looks great. I have used Caliber before and will continue to, but hopefully I won’t have to. The receptionist was very polite and helpful also.
