The car looks great. Seems to be working fine. There is a kind of hollow sound when closing the doors. I hope that is just something that will heal over time.

The issues with the repairs not being addressed and what I asked for not even being acknowledged is a real problem for me

There were issues from my first repair (clips on the windshield not replaced) I made the technicians aware of and they were not fixed in the 3 weeks that they had my vehicle the 2nd time. I also asked for my weather stripping on my passenger side back door to be put back on as a separate service I was going to pay for out of pocket. They advised it would be completed and i would be quoted a price. This did not happen. They threw my weather stripping away and didnt replace it on the vehicle as I asked. When I picked the vehicle up I was told I would be contacted within a week to correct the issues. This did not happen and now the piece on my vehicle that was missing the clips came off as I was driving. Its now broken because it wasnt fixed in time. I called twice about this and received no response. They had my vehicle for about a month so these items not being addressed makes no sense to me.

Not exactly satisfied with thefinish but overall satisfied with the work. The resident of Caliber Collision did an outstanding job keeping me informed about all aspects of progress work being done on my Dodge Ram. .
