My overall rating is 5/10. The positive side is that the body damage was repaired correctly. However, the overall experience was frustrating and raised concerns about how my vehicle was handled. I brought my car in with no mechanical issues. After the body repair was completed, I was told the vehicle had a recall that they would not address. When I informed them that there were no open recalls on my vehicle, the explanation changed several times. I was then told they were not responsible for determining the cause of the problem. Throughout the process, I received different explanations, including a faulty solenoid and later a parking sensor. The story seemed to change each time I asked questions, which made it difficult to trust the diagnosis. In the end, I paid approximately $1,500 more than expected just to get my vehicle operational again. Another disappointment was the lack of access to a manager. All communication went through the service advisor, and I was never given the opportunity to discuss my concerns with someone in a supervisory role. While the body work itself was completed satisfactorily, the inconsistent communication, changing explanations, unexpected costs, and lack of accountability made the overall experience feel questionable. Because of that, I can only rate my experience a 5 out of 10.

I was very pleased with how I was pleasantly greeted by Liz as I entered the building to the exchanging of hands to Lucas and Alonso. Everyone was very warm and professional. I am grateful for my experience. I felt like hugging everyone when I received my car. Thank you Caliber Team!!!!!!
