Caliber Collision provided an excellent experience from start to finish. Ethan Snader had amazing communication skills and kept me constantly updated throughout the week and a half they had my car. He went above and beyond to resolve an issue with an aftermarket part that was not fitting properly on my vehicle. I would absolutely recommend Caliber Collision. The front desk staff was also kind, professional, and welcoming. It was refreshing to see everyone working so well together to make the transition from my rental car back to my own vehicle as smooth as possible. As a mom of two — and often having an extra “third kiddo” with me — I’m incredibly grateful to have my car back. Thank you again for the outstanding service!
