The only issue I had was that I brought my car in on August 10th for an appointment for an estimate. The gentleman who took the pictures said he thought he could get it in the schedule for September. I didn’t hear anything and called after Labor Day. The woman who answered the phone said that the were scheduling for October now. I told her what I was told and she said she would call me back. She called the next day and said I was scheduled for September 28th. My car looks great and I am very happy but I was surprised at the lack of follow up at the beginning.

Car looks amazing after the work done. I found no areas where you could tell I had been in an accident. The colors match great and the detailing of the engine area was a bonus I wasnt expecting. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my vehicle.

Once the car was in to be worked on, Tom gave me regular updates on the status as the work was being done. He kept me informed of any new things found and that they worked it out with the insurance to cover them.

The only reason I'm not scoring Caliber a 10 is because of the state of my car when it was returned to me. When entering my vehicle, I noticed that there were gobs of tar and stones stuck to my floor mats both on the driver and passenger side. I have no clue where those came from, as they certainly were not there prior to dropping off my car. This will result in me having to buy new floormats. My car also smelt of what I equate to be stale body odor. Lastly, when I dropped off my car I had roughly a 4th of a tank of gas remaining. When I got my car back, I had to immediately get to a gas station because I had 0 bars of gas left and my empty light was on. I had less than a gallon of gas remaining.

I interacted with 4 separate personnel from Caliber during my repair. Each person was kind, patient, and informative. Not once did I feel that anyone was rushing through conversations with me or any less than positive. It made me feel that I was in good hands.
