The only place that helped me out was Enterprise. I have multiple ongoing issues with things not being done. Still waiting for a reimbursement check which I was told could take up to 3 months to get back. But Caliber got there money. Since a part was lost by deliver, it had to be reordered and I was told my ins would continue covering my rental which it didn’t. I know have another bill to take care of out of all of this. I’m very dissatisfied with this whole situation and will be getting new insurance along with finding a different body shop to take my car too.

There was a lot of the same things being said, since Caliber is know a corporation things take longer. There was no contact number for myself to follow up with on the money that is owed since I didn’t get something replaced and would do that a different time.
