There was no repair. After 7 weeks of very minimal communication they finally had an estimate and my car was totaled.

The overall experience was satisfactory. There was a small issue regarding the final bill due to mid-job changes or additions, but the manager Tom successfully honed in on the correct final balance to be paid from my company. When I got the vehicle home I noticed the front passenger side fender had damage from the grill guard during the accident that was not repaired. I have pictures of the damage which is identical to the profile of the grill guard.

Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. I was slightly surprised when I picked up the vehicle that nobody offered to do a walk around of the vehicle to inspect the repairs.
