I would probably still send someone there, but let them know, they would need to call the shop every couple of days for their own updates and to find out when their car would be ready as, I had a bad experience with miscommunication with them.

I think they were super nice, and quick! However they didn’t call me to tell me it was ready! They left a voicemail message but I didn’t see that I had a vm so my car sat ready for 5 days ! They could have called back a day or two later! But they didn’t! Then I got a snotty phone call asking me if I was ever going to pick up my car! I was annoyed to say the least, since they called back 5 days later and 15 mins before they closed on a day there was a snow storm! I had to rush to the other side of town to try to make it before they closed, in a snow storm!

Overall nice people! But a major miscommunication on when my car was done. It was done a total of 5 days before I found out it was ready for pick up. When I complained I was told they spoke to my husband, which was not true and come to find out they left a voicemail, that I did not hear until after I picked my car up. They actually called me to tell me they needed to order another part on the Monday after my car was suppose to be ready. Very frustrating considering I had no car to drive while my car was in their shop!
