Jeff did a great job of keeping me up to date on the progress of my repair. The work was done on time and I appreciated the extra little things the shop did. They did some touch up jobs and my car was returned to me in better shape than when I dropped it off. I also appreciated the arrangement with Enterprise Car Rental. It was great to be able to drop my rental off when I picked up my car.

Just a comment about the survey and who it is addressed to. Diane is answering all the questions due to she was the person you were dealing with most of the time and it should have been addressed with her name not Mark. She is the driver of the van and she is considered the primary owner.
