The customer service was top notch from everyone that I dealt with. However, I take issue with how payment was collected. I had made a plan to pick the vehicle up (and pay) on a specific day. Toward the end of the day on 12/30 I got a call back from a representative asking for payment in full because "management" wanted to close the file. I take issue with being requested to pay over the phone just hours before the office is about to close for three days and before I have possession of my car. This request by management was completely unprofessional. However, the service techs and everyone I worked with were great.
