Their work was great! They went above what was expected of them. As they were test driving my vehicle, they noticed there was something off with the right rear wheel. They offered to take it to the dealership to have it assessed. Although they could have just focused on the front area where it was damaged, but they took their time to make sure that my vehicle was safe to drive before handing me my keys. I got the impression that safety is their priority, and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

Thanks for repairing my Pilot. My only feedback is it took 12 business days instead of the original estimate of 5. This is not a criticism though. I know they found additional things and shipping delays are an issue right now. We had recently bought a 3rd vehicle for my daughter I could use when needed, so it didn’t impact me much. Other situations it may have been an issue though. You do great work, and will get all my future business. Thanks for the great work!
