This is my second time my car was repaired by Caliber Collision and it went so smoothly. I was updated on my car progress. Kevin was a great person to work with. Everyone I encountered there were kind and friendly. My car looks perfect!!!! Thank you for caring about the customer experience!!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!! Thank you Kevin!! The repair process was explained in full detail. Scott performed the estimate and explained the repair process and completion time. The repair work was excellent and repair was completed on time. I hope we don’t require more repair work in the future, but if we do we would definitely use Caliber again!

We live in MN and our car was in an accident on a trip to IL and unfortunately was undriveable. Thank you to Brent and Jen who provided real time updates for us. We only had one weekend available to drive out and pickup and both of them made sure the vehicle was ready for pickup!

When I visited the repair facility, they were forthcoming with regard to repair status of my vehicle. I just wished they would have updated me weekly over the 3 week repair. I never heard from manager (Brent) or estimator (CJ) the whole 3 weeks my truck was there if I didn't call and initiate.
