Worst experience with an automotive shop in my life. I would only tell my friends and family to stay away from this facility at all costs.

Still dents in the vehicle, door trim installed incorrectly, damaged to the interior A pillar on drivers side, dust spots under the paint on the hood, and hood not properly aligned to meet body lines.

With the exception of the week prior to dropping off my vehicle in which Julie was in constant contact, all other updates were only when I would call the shop. No updates on the progress of repairs, no updates on delays of materials, and not one phone call except the day prior to pickup from the shop manager Lee.
