Unorganized & unprofessional. Every time a different staff member would communicate with me it would be different info. No one was ever on the same page of when my vehicle would be ready & what was actually going on. From the 1st day I spoke to someone i was given info about rental car location & told not to go to a certain location.Then when I called back the next person would say I don’t know why that person told you that but no this is what it is. Then when I picked up my vehicle everything seemed ok until my low tire sensor kept coming on. I called them to ask about it & Lee stated there’s nothing they can do about it. Even though I informed him I got a notification that my tire was flat while still in their care at the shop. He was very dismissive didn’t seem to care or even want to help. I would not recommend no one there. They are all over the place because they changed from a different company name.

Pitiful customer service. As much as they wanted to have it together they didn’t. Very poor communication on what’s going on with the vehicle & everything else. From the front staff telling me 2 different things to them giving me info from another customer acct that wasn’t mine. To them not following up with me about when my vehicle would be actually ready. I received an alert on a Thursday from my car that the tire was flat. I haven’t had any promises with this tire. Now that is in their care it’s flat. Ok didn’t think anything of it because they are repairing the car. Well picked the car up in a Friday evening & have been putting air in it everyday. I called first thing Monday morning spoke to front desk. Later Lee called being very dismissive telling me nothing they can do about it. Even though I advised him I got an alert while they were still in possession of car. Sensors going off on vehicle. They were not helpful at all. Thankfully I have excellent insurance & have advised me to go somewhere else. I would not recommend anyone here. They are very disorganized & all over the place. I was told it was because they switched from another name or company.

I’d like to thank the team Calibur Collision for helping me get my car back in order after an unfortunate accident with my lift gate on my 2024 Mazda CX-50. Lee, Nigel, and their team of technicians really came together to get this part ordered and shipped after the part was back ordered since my car is so new. They cleaned up all the shattered glass in the cargo area and made my car look brand new again, the way it looked when I got it from the dealership. Thank you all for all the hard work you put into fixing up my car so I am able to get back to my daily routine!
