My car repair was handled with utmost professionalism. Communication and updates from Bob were frequent and well explained. The thoroughness with which they work uncovered some damage that was hidden. Although this threw the repair timeline off by a few days, my car was still done in under the two weeks I was quoted. I really appreciated the attention to detail I saw displayed by the team at Caliber!

Por poco nos matamos todos en el carro, acabado de salir de allí. Para darme un carro en esas condiciones mejor no me lo hubieran entregado. Han sido muy negligentes de su parte, haberme entregado el carro sin haberlo probado antes. Sin contar la tardanza y la larga espera que he tenido que ser sometido por situaciones que cuando le entregué el vehículo en sus manos no tenía esos problemas, ni eléctricos, ni de batería, ni de alternador, ni de computadora, ni sensores. A mi modo de ver, no han podido darle solución al problema y me han generado gastos y pérdida de tiempo. Disculpen mi franqueza, pero uno deposita la confianza en la mano de ustedes y eso me hubiese costado lo más preciado que tiene un ser: LA VIDA, lo peor no solo la mía, la de otros. Veremos como podemos solucionar esta terrible situación, pero, si hubiese sabido que atravesaria por tanta amargura me hubiese quedado como el carro quedó, o hubiera hido a otro taller.
