My rear bumbler is peeling and I plan on bring it back as soon as my schedule allows. You also were not good until the last 2 weeks about updating me on issues and what was going on! I’ve worked in a parts department before so I didn’t call everyday not every week. Although when I was a parts consultant we’d call with all updates except otherwise said not to by the customer.

We were so happy with Jennifer, the mechanics, detailers, the office and everyone who was involved at your exceptional company. We did not plan on being read ended in a parking lot and paying the deductible, but Jennifer led the whole series of events from dropping off and to pick up with ease, assurance, confidence, answering every question, personal touch, giving us a play by play, finishing before the estimated date (I had mentioned that we needed the car back by a certain day and it sure made our important plans a lot easier having our car back by then) and she did it all with a smile! Shes an amazing representative for your company. My car was so beautifully detailed when we picked it up, it looked brand new!! Thank you for giving us a super 5 star experience. We will definitely recommend you.
