The actual repair seems very good from what I can tell. There were a couple of issues that needed follow up, but were dealt with professionally and with the response they needed. I am satisfied with the follow up.

I appreciate the care and the professionalism that I received when I dropped off my vehicle for repairs and when I picked it up. The receptionist and owner made sure all my questions were answered before I left the shop. They do great work and I would recommend them to family and friends.

The VW looks awesome. I know it took a bit longer than expected; However, the quality and workmanship was totally worth the wait. Jennifer thank you for going above and beyond with making sure that a high standard of quality was met over trying to push the vehicle through the repair. Jennifer did a terrific job handling the repair process and for not settling on job being done but being done to the highest quality and I for one appreciate her due diligence. She was always quick to update me on the process of the steps taken during the repair process. I appreciate the mechanic and Body guy who worked on my vehicle again.
