Very thorough, meticulous with repairs and even catching previous repairs by another company that were not according to specifications and could have caused structural issues. Knowledgeable and informative to convey in detail and show which areas and parts were damaged and replaced, ease of making deductible payment. Benefit of dropping off rental at Caliber and they in turn liased the rest with with Enterprise. Kudos to Rachel, Christy and the team for working diligently on receiving proper parts that fit and even going above and beyond to work on using other methods to search the entire US for parts that if not foond would delay repairs even further. All in all a phenomenal result of teamwork and co-ordination with an eye for detail to retun the vehicle in pristine condition. Very impressed with everything and how a very complicated repair with multiple hurdles was dealt with efficiency and speed without compromising on safety and quality of work done with no skimping ir cutting corners. Proper checking prior to hading the vehicle back to me and making sure and other damages found were repaired. Thanks to all for a superb job and professional skill and getting the vehicle back to me in an immaculately clean condition with no apparent defects or missing parts as a result of the damages. To also go above and beyond and review dashcam footage to make sure all damages were noted and repaired. A phenomenal kob amd thanks to all involved.

Caliber repairing my car from start to finish was better tan any company I had worked with. I have never had an accident and loaned my car to a friend who had an accident. When Caliber took over, I was kept updated on the whereabouts of the car, the damage, the cost, their interaction with my insurance company, the date I could expect the return of my car, and ways to contact Caliber 24/7. The car was delivered within a 15 minute drive of my work and was easy to pick up. Thank you Caliber for your efficient and excellent service!
