Loren was awesome! She kept me informed every step of the way and was very kind during the entire process. She made sure I understood every step that was done to fix my vehicle. Even though the completion date was pushed back by a week they made sure to get it done by that designated time and explained why it was happening. Overall had a great experience. Thank you Loren!
