My experience with Caliber Collision when I first walked in I was so saddened from the damages to my car because a pitbull had scratched up and messed up my right side of my fender in the front and this is a 2024 Kia I had just gotten my car still with my new tags hadn’t even gotten license plates …Being devastated from being a brand new car as I approach to walk in from the moment, I got there I was greeted by the secretary, very friendly, very very attentive and then as we sat there, I ended up with the Adjuster. She was awesome told me exactly what was gonna happen , and may I remind you that I just couldn’t concentrate because I was just overwhelmed of what had happened to my car so she took over I just could not believe my brand new car already in the shop … I have had bad experiences with getting my car repaired from other places …. Caliber you’ll are awesome from the time my car was in the shop. I had never had such a wonderful wonderful experience like I did with Caliber , they kept me updated from the time my car went in from the time they were doing things to my car to my completion day and if I had any concerns, it was so amazing , I was so updated with all the information overwhelmed of how awesome they had treated me and how I was updated with all that was happening to my car and then I received the call your car is ready. I was never so happy when I saw my car in there, so shiny, and I went in there, they treated me with such friendly kindness , I was so excited they got excited for me. Oh my car looks just like I just purchased it off the lot Caliber you are awesome an amazing wonderful company and I would refer y’all anytime and you have my business and I’m sure my family will have your business too. Thank you for all that you’ve done I am one grateful and happy person. Y’all did an amazing job on my car. Thank you From the bottom of my heart thank you
