I must admit, I was hesitant to use the Caliber. It was a real inconvenience to drive to San Angelo nearly 80 miles one way. However, the results were worth it. I am absolutely satisfied.

We had an incredible experience using Caliber. They have outstanding standards and customer service. We were without our vehicle for almost three weeks but they kept us updated via text the entire time so we weren’t second guessing if work was being completed. Gonzalo was incredibly professional and transparent every step of the way. He explained the process thoroughly so that we were never left in the dark. Dealing with insurance is never my favorite but he made sure that communication between Geico and ourselves was seamless. If we are ever in need, we will absolutely visit this Caliber Collision location again.
