I knew my 2024 Toyota Prius was in good hands from the minute Gonzalo went through a point by point checklist with me as we assessed the damage on my car and the repairs that would be needed. Gonzalo, Vanessa, and Rachel were in regular contact with me throughout the entire repair process with updates letting me know exactly how things were going. The woman who did a point by point checklist with me on the day that I got my car back did a great job as well and I’m sorry that I can’t remember her name.
