Mike is excellent to work with. He was.very patient with all of my questions. A true knowledgeable professional. Very good work was done on the Subaru and timely. I would have no problem recommending this Caliber Colission Center to anyone.

The staff has been absolutely amazing to us. We received regular updates throughout the process and they are correcting two concerns we had which are minor. I highly recommend this location for your repairs.We hope to never have to utilize their services in the future (auto accident) but if we do we would absolutely return to this location.

From the receptionist to my assigned lead tech Robert. Everyone I interacted with the caliber collision team was excellent. The repairs were done efficiently and completed a week ahead of schedule. There was always a clear line of communication, so I was never out of the loop. Overall I was very happy with the quality of work and services provided. I would not hesitate to go back again in the future!

The time frame for repair was too long. First it was they received damage parts, then a part was lost. It took over a month to get my repair. I would not recommend anyone to this establishment.

Disappointed in the time frame it took to repair the vehicle. Felt like I kept getting excuses for the delay. First it was, they received damage parts. Next it was a lost part. Then it was because they had too much work. Robert tried to keep me informed but alot of it was out of his control. I only chose this establishment bc the insurance company suggested and said it would be faster.
