Hub cap was not replaced, dashboard not put back correctly, my headlights are literally facing down toward the road and had to use bright the whole time driving, past 46 cars on a two lane road and never got bright lighted. The communication was very poor about parts ordered, not ordered, or back order! They threw out my license plate when they threw away the front bumper. I have heard that this was not the first time that has happened to someone. And, I had a technician get in my business while I was trying to ask questions to the lady up front. He gave me attitude about something that didn’t concern him! Oh and they wrecked the bed of my truck while it was there and didn’t even call me about it when it happened. My husband found out about it after a long conversation, with the general manager (that is never there, he lives out of town) about other issues we were having (with them)and then says…”oh by the way, your truck was wrecked”. Will never go back and all my friends and family will never go back!

Mike and the technicians were amazing! I am so happy with the professional displayed by Mike. I will come back for future repairs and I’ve already sent and recommended a co-worker to have their repairs accomplished at Caliber!

The technicians fixed my vehicles perfectly. It looks great! Absolutely no issues. I’m am totally happy and satisfied! Mike was phenomenal. He kept me updated and explained all the body work accomplished on my vehicle. He also helped with other issues that my car had before the accident damage and saved me over 700 dollars when I turned my vehicle in for these repairs that were unrelated to my original issue. I can’t say enough about Mike! He was freaking awesome. When delving out bonuses and appraisals, Mike and the technicians deserve the highest that the company can issue out! I am a second time customer and will always take my vehicles for repair at Caliber Collision.

The finished repair looks great. The texts keeping me informed were phenomenal and greatly appreciated! Other than a little leftover wax, I am completely satisfied with Jeff and the crew's work. In the unfortunate event that I need collision repairs again, I know exactly where to go.
