AParts were delivered on time, work was completed ahead of the scheduled due date. My GMC truck looks just like it did when I purchased it. The staff behind the counter were very helpful in getting the process started and had everything ready for completion when I arrived to pick up my truck. Gonzalo Zamarron my service advisor was very courteous and pointed out more damage to the front end during the initial walk around. He was very knowledgeable about unseen damage that could be under the vehicle and informed me of that. Turned out to be true. Was told that follow up information would be delivered on Tuesday & Thursday’s and the process was delivered in a timely manner on those days. I will remember them if future need arises and will recommend Caliber to my friends if they should need repairs for their vehicles. Thank you for the excellent service and an repair to get me back on the road!
