I’ve had multiple vehicles repaired at Concho Collision and now a vehicle repaired at Caliber. I preferred the precision, communication and quality of the work at Caliber. I appreciate the repairs were done without shortcuts and I did not need to push or negotiate to get my work covered by my insurance company. Brandon handled all of that and ensured my vehicle was repaired as if it was his own.

Very dissatisfied will not be taking my car there again. I will let everyone i know and talk to know how my experience went. And will not be recommending this company to any one I know. I got my vehicle back with a piece of plastic in my passenger side mirror. (Assuming where they may have hit something.) A dent on the front driver side of my car. (Assuming it was from a door being opened into it.) My rosery hanging on my review mirror was broken. I believe if a costumer does leave a personal item in their car even signing a paper saying your not responsible for it you should do everything In your power to take care of and leave alone anything that does not belong to anybody from the company working on your car.
