My windshield has a small Crack when I sent it in. Now I picked it up and it is 100 times worse. Never going to use again. They do no update as they said they would.

The hood of the car was not repaired. You can see the lines misadjusted from the hood to the front bumper. Different chin splitter was used then one prior.

What I love about caliber collision is that they signed me to this young lady Reba, and she kept me updated at all times and she even came up front took me to my car. Tell me what they did. What else? What more can I ask for they were wonderful.

Pieces were missing. Passenger mirror no longer works. Inside truck was dirty. My insurance had to pay me for the mirror that you guys were paid already to do. I will never use you guys and will definitly be sharing my experience on this. You guys made nothing but excuses. I hope Progressive drops you client. Making big push for that.
