I’m pretty dissatisfied with the service I received. First, the bumper had to be reordered 4 times, according to updates I received from the service person. Reordering once or even twice, I understand. But 4 times makes me question your supply chain decisions. This obviously slowed down the repair process significantly. Secondly, there were changes made to the inside of the driver side fender where the drivers side door opens that left large sections of the foam exposed. I don’t know if the fender was replaced with a cheap aftermarket piece, or if parts of the original fender were cut away to deal with the squeaking noise because of metal-on-metal rubbing. In either case, the exposed foam looks bad, and makes me wonder if something was done wrong? Finally, the caliber team killed my battery. I’m glad they were able to get it warrantied at AutoZone, but again I’m left wondering what happened to my car while it was in the shop that caused a perfectly good battery to be 100% dead. I work on my own car at home, and I know that no job is ever as easy as it seems. But there were so many mistakes here, that it’s beyond the normal expectation.

Clara was good at keeping me updated during the repair process. But when I came to pick up the vehicle, she didn’t even come out to say hello or walk around the vehicle with me. After all the issues I experienced, a little face to face customer service would go a long way.
