The repairs appear to be done well,and I have no complaints about the quality of the work. My complaints relate to the poor communications about the progress of the work and the reasons for the 10=day delay in completion. During this period, reaching the shop by telephone was difficult and voice and email messages were not returned. Based on my experience, Caliber needs to improve its customer communications and responsiveness to the match the quality of its repair services.
