My repair was perfect. Communication was challenging and the repair took way too long, in my opinion. And then there is the matter of a damage to a part inside the car. The project manager refused to take responsibility and declared he was 99% sure the crew did not cause the damage. I disagree. Based on the location of the damage is it is 99% likely it happened while repairs were made.
