A suggestion that would the customer service even better is to provide customers with a weekly update, plus update as the repair progresses, via phone call or email. Even if calibers is waiting for parts, any update would be appreciated by customers.

very poor scheduling! Delayed start of job 2 weeks, then took 3 weeks to complete what was originally schedule for 1 week. 2 months to repair from time of wreck!

Josh was amazing. He kept me updated throughout the whole time the work was being done. When I arrived to pick up he walked me through everything that was done. Very welcoming, professional and patient whilst explaining everything. Additionally my interactions with Briana were always wonderful. She was always kind, patient and professional as well. Top-notch staff for sure. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. Thank you guys!
