Cipi (sp?), our repair agent, so amazingly professional in correspondance, sometimes beyond work hours. He articulated every step of the process. I would also like to say that Breanna (sp?) at the front desk was professional and courteous. When another repair is needed, I will be back!

I never received any progress updates unless I called to check. There apparently was not a final quality control check done, as the headlight assembly never got plugged back in. Makes me wonder if something else was missed.

Clara was extremely courteous and helpful throughout. On pickup day I met the man who had worked on my Honda. I was very impressed by our conversation and how he handled a few small last minute issues. He obviously had expertise just as Clara had professionalism rare today. The car is running fine!
