The repair was done well, but we had different expectations about cleanliness based on the last body shop we went to. Extreme Twist fully vacuumed and wiped down the interior so it was all clean when we got it back. Yesterday when we picked it up it was all dusty and dirty inside and smelled strongly of chemicals. We found bits of tape and some dirty rags which seemed to be the source of the chemical smell. We’ll likely go back to Extreme Twist if we need body work again.

The work is great. Perhaps it was the lack of communication and abrupt changes regarding pickup that did not allow for my car to be returned detailed. Other than that, the work is good and I would recommend.

Repair looks good, good seams, nice paint job. 10/10 for the repairs. The communication regarding the pickup was unclear. I received texts stating the car would be ready the following week, but then got a call to pick it up immediately. When I arrived, the person I had been in contact with was unavailable, so my questions couldn't be answered. The car's interior was dusty, the passenger seat was dirty with paperwork scattered on the floor, and there was still green marker on the exterior, which the GM had to wipe off. It would have been nice if the car had been detailed before pickup. 5/10 for communication/delivery

I appreciated the text messages with the status of my car. However, the person I was in contact with was not there at pickup. The GM seemed to rush through my concerns. He didn’t inspect car even after wiping green marker off my car paint. Felt a bit dismissed.
