I felt completely well taken care of with updates daily & honest , caring , customer service. Everything was handled by them with fast response to getting the vehicle done to communicating with the rental car agency & my insurance company! My car looked perfect when they finished & everything from eyesight calibration to alignment to perfect paint match to lifetime guarantee! They even cleaned my car inside & out when they finished the repair. I felt so well taken care of & that my vehicle was given expert attention.

I had asked to be contacted daily.According to the for my filled out for you. The first week, they called daily the second week.I only got two telephone calls. At the beginning of that week, I did fill up my car with gas.Because it kept on telling me the car would be done on the 10th.I was appreciative that the car was done early , but if they had called me daily , I went to filled up the rental car with gas in lost that money since I turned it in with a full tank of gas.
