I felt that my repair was not a high priority for Caliber. My repairs were not super extensive yet the repair took almost a month, even going beyond the original estimate. The repair looks good. It was the timeline and lack of information as to why it took so long that I found frustrating.

You guys did a great job on the repairs on our Nissan, it has a beautiful showroom shine! And it was finished a hold week before it was scheduled to be completed! We greatly appreciate that! Thank you for your awesome job on our vehicle! We would for sure use again in the future if ever needed again and would recommend it to family and friends!
