If your shop can learn to put all the bolts in properly, it would have been a good job.

I was handed the keys and when I got in, the car wouldn't start. They jumped it, but even letting it run for about an hour before turning it off, the battery was shot. It was probably on its way out, but if you're going to have a car for multiple weeks and just turn it on and off a couple times, it should be put on a trickle charge. When I changed the oil a few days later, I found 5 bolts that had threads showing. 4 in the engine bay and 1 on the cover under the engine. Another larger bolt was missing on the underside cover. But the best part was a bolt just sitting in a metal bracket. I noticed that it didn't match the bolt on the other side and when I touch it, the bolt wobbled. I can wiggle the bracket and the bolt just slides in and out because it's too small. That must have been 25% of the visible bolts that they touched that weren't tightened (I'm guessing the shop doesn't know what a torque wrench is) and I would have to guess their lack of effort is probably hidden deeper in the "repair" job. Back to the pickup, which I could have overlooked if they had only forced me to buy a new battery a little earlier than necessary... I didn't appreciate no one sparing a minute to walk out and inspect the repairs with me - I was just handed the keys to a car that wouldn't start. Now, I have to find time to bring it back and get my bolts, but I'll be putting them in myself.

I was told my car was ready and was asked to go ahead and pay the $500 deductible by phone, which I did, but when I went to pick it up, it was not ready. I was not happy about that.

I was satisfied with how fast the work was complete, however, the new parts installed did not match the color of the existing parts. The shades of black were off, and it looked like a patchwork. What was repaired look nice, the paint looked fine, but the repair looked more noticeably wrong than the scratches that needed fixing since the colors were off.

I would recommend any kind of insurance claim or liability claim to Gerber glass inclusion. Or if anybody's looking for any kind of body work on their vehicle I would recommend them to Gerber glass and collision

When I got my car back I noticed the glass panel replacement was filthy. It’s been rainy so I thought it would just wash off, but unfortunately it was on the inside of the glass. Idk why they didn’t clean the glass after installing. There are some black spots on the glass I haven’t been able to clean off. Please don’t do this to another customer. If you’re going to replace something please consider cleaning it.
