From the moment I spoke with Travis and Katelyn until I picked up my car was a positive experience. Everything was explained to me and I was kept informed throughout the repair. They arranged for me to have Enterprise pick me up to get my rental car. When I went to pick up my car, they arranged for Enterprise to pick up the car. Overall, excellent experience. To top it off the repairs on my car look amazing and they returned it to me clean . I will recommend Caliber to everyone!

I felt that my repair was not a high priority for Caliber. My repairs were not super extensive yet the repair took almost a month, even going beyond the original estimate. The repair looks good. It was the timeline and lack of information as to why it took so long that I found frustrating.
