From Kenneth a 10, but I will say that when I initially came in early November for my estimate, it was never sent into my insurance company and it caused delays. I also wanted to note that when I came in for my second estimate, while waiting in the lobby, I had to listen to the woman in the office lay into one of the employees. The door was left open and I really didn’t need to hear that. Afterwards the guy, Kenneth, walked out of the door and was so incredibly nice and was able to shake off immediately the way he was being spoken to. Next time, I’d ask her to close the door or save it for the end of the day and not when his waiting appointment is sitting in the lobby to hear everything.

Kept me informed regardless of the frustration dealing with the insurance. Miss Pam I believe her name, was always professional even understanding nothing was my fault dealing with the insurance. The blond guy up front could have asked the lady prior to talking because he had came off very disturbed. Other than that, VERY APPRECIATIVE OF THE WORK THEY HAVE DONE. Bravo Zulu.
