Picked truck up and before I left Calliber parking lot I had 2 separate alarms that were not there before. Now I had to drop the truck off after hours at Calliberv hoping they can fix asap tomorrow am & I turned in my rental already!

Took too long, I wish they were to order the parts and allow me to drive my car till they get them, instead of leaving me with a cheap rental

The repairs took longer than promised, and when I called to ask if the car was ready the man answering the phone didn’t want to tell me when would the parts be at the shop. I had to call my insurance company to notify them that I was going to need the rental more time, Geico called and was able to get a date for when the work would be completed. The man answering basically didn’t want to tell me. Perhaps it was deserved as I wasn’t happy about the delay when the app kept telling me it would be finished on time. Polite service should be the norm whether the customer is happy or not. The rental car was dirty, and had to return it because it had roaches, they exchanged it for another car when I went to complain about the pests. Other than that the repair was a simple thing and I’m happy so far with it.

Just the impolite answer when I called to check on the repair, and this is a side note: the man at the front desk must go to the dentist for a cleaning. Sorry for mentioning it but hopefully something can be done about it, besides the customers I feel for the coworkers.

Even though the car was at shop for 6 weeks, there were things not complete or not completed correctly at time of pick up. Follow-up appointments were scheduled but tech didn’t show up or left early leading to frustration.
