Wow! Every step of the process was so easy and I was kept informed about my cars progress by text which was great. The ladies in the office were amazing! They answered all my questions, listened to my needs, and kept me up to date with my cars completion time. The main lady in the office was so attentive and kind. I really appreciated that. Since I live 6 hours away, she kept me up to date on when I could pick up my car so I could plan accordingly. I felt like she really cared about giving me the best experience possible and she cared about my car being fixed correctly. My car was completed early and looks great. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience with my car repair.

My experience was completely UNACCEPTABLE and so bad, that my insurance agent stated that they will be removing them from their preferred repair list of body shops!

The rental car pick up and drop off from Caliber Collision was very convenient and seamless. I appreciated the frequent updates I received whenever there was a change that affected time of completion. The representatives I spoke with were always polite whenever we spoke over the phone or in person. This was my first time working with the company, and I will definitely recommend this establishment to others.

Front bumper cover is still damaged, four large holes in it where it ripped off the license plate bracket. A few pieces of the bumper cover not properly secured. Plastic protective covers and labels still attached to new pieces. .
