The waiting list was long, then they kept my car for 2 weeks. When I received my car, it was damaged by the repair shop. I’m still waiting for them to call me and tell me when they can fix it. It’s been 3 days so far.

I reported a large piece of paint stripped off the trunk of my car after I received it on Friday. I brought it back Monday. They confirmed (via pics they took) that the paint was their fault, but they’d have to talk to the manager. It’s Thursday night and I’ve still heard nothing. They said they’d call me Tuesday, but now say it will be Friday.

Suggestion for next time. Have customer bring car in to assess what needs to be ordered and then have me bring the car back in when parts are in and work is ready to begin. (Less rental time)

No problem with the work done and the staff were very nice. But we were told to allow 5 days and it took 3 + weeks. My insurance didn't cover a rental car so it cost ME over $900 in rental fees. I understand they had a problem with having painters but they could have hired it out.

They walked me through what was going to happen and they kept me informed about what was going on throughout the time that they were working on my vehicle.
