This was a complete change from my original shop because it was so awful at the other place. When I arrived at caliber I started crying because the service was that much better just from the point that I was seen as a person and not an inconvenience. My entire experience with Caliber was fantastic and I am so grateful for the welcoming feel.

Everyone I had dealings with were wonderful. After two bad encounters with another shop, I was overly pleased with the shop personnel at Caliber.

Sending a car out as fixed when it was not was dangerous, and how it was repaired was deceitful at best. There will be ongoing discussions with State Farm about discontinuing their relationship with Caliber. In addition, Nextdoor and Skidaway Times will be given a heads up as to how you do business.
