Since the place sold from Scott’s Auto body to Caliber they may need time adjust. The actual work was great and the color mate was excellent.

The work was fine but it took from our consultation date in December 2022 until April 2023 to get a date and once they had the car it still took two weeks. They said they would call Enterprise to extend my car rental and or the insurance but they didn’t do it, now I have been charged $239.19. The car does look nice and they did wash the outside and wiped down the inside and the employees were very pleasant.

Caliber Collison did an EXCELLENT, SUPERB and PROFESSIONAL job in reparing my 2017 QX50, my princess. Looking at my car, I cannot tell it was ever in an accident. And the staff in the office took meticulous care in making sure I was kept up to date on the progress. Surprisingly, I was worked in for an earlier appointment for getting my car serviced and could not be happier. Infact, I was ELATED! The staff truly worked miracles. Caliber Collison is the place to go when you are particular about getting your baby repaired!!
