I took an uber to pick up the car when I got notified that the repairs were completed. I had to take another uber back home because I didn’t pick up the car because there was a noticeable gap between the door and body of the car. I was actually surprised that it wasn’t noticed by staff prior to telling me the car was ready. They had me do the paperwork and pay for repair before I saw the car. So, even though my car is still at Caliber Collision, I keep getting requests for surveys, so I figured I would respond. However, regardless of the above, I have every faith in Calliber Collision that the repairs will be completed satisfactorily. Also the staff have been welcoming and professional in each of my personal interactions with them.

Catalina was a 10 out of 10. Professional and on top of all aspects of the service. Travis was a 1 out of 10 and was argumentative and pompous to start the experience- taking no accountability for not having my repair order in and passing blame to me. He redeemed himself fro..there, but I would prefer to never interact with him ever again
