The team was excellent. I was the victim in an accident and from the front desk to the estimators and support staff, everyone couldn’t have been nicer. I called often with questions and no one ever acted annoyed or frustrated with me. I would come back to Caliber in a heartbeat. I was incredibly impressed with the team and their level of communication.

Excellent customer service and the repairs were done beautifully. My only “complaint”, and to no fault of theirs I’m sure, was that it took 8 weeks to be complete. Otherwise, incredibly happy, and while I hope I don’t ever have to use them again, I would gladly refer anyone to them!

Happy with the communication and work done. My only “complaint” is that my car is still filled with dust and debris from the repair. Though it was clearly cleaned in many regards, there still a lot of dust in cup holders, door handles, on seat belts, etc. otherwise, happy with everything.

Randi and Leah were both great throughout the repair process. The tracker on how the repairs were progressing was also a big help. When I got my car, I was also happy with repairs and couldnt tell where my vehicle had been hit. Nice work !
